Dwan, Director 6420 W. 16 Street 708-795-6850 x3503 rdwan@ci.berwyn.il.us The Community Development Department was established to formulate and assist in the development of a Consolidated Plan and to administer Community Development Block Grant Programs. Each year the Community Development Department holds a series of needs assessment hearings at which time the Department will accept and address public comments relative to new projects to be funded, housing and community incentives, economic and development plans with the surrounding communities, and sub-grantee proposals.
