ETHICS COMMISSION

On December 9th 2008, the Berwyn City Council approved the appointment of three Ethics Commissioners.

Chapter 209, Ethics Provision prohibits employees and elected officials as outlined in chapters 209.1, 209.2, and 209.3. A copy of the provision can be obtained by the Berwyn Clerk's office.
