The Finance Department is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of all City operations and is entrusted with collecting, depositing, and investing all City funds.  This includes: maintaining all financial records for the City; accounts payable; investment and cash management; coordinating the annual operating and capital budget process for all City operations; and the administration of the City’s payroll processes.
