Proudly born and raised on Chicago's North Side, Alderman Bowman is one of eight children of a dedicated CTA bus driver, from whom he learned the values of hard work, humility, and public service.

Alderman Bowman earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from DePaul University and has built a dynamic career in software and operations management. With over 14 years of experience in SaaS technology, employer compliance, and real estate operations, he currently works as Senior Manager of Forms Operations at DocuSign, leading national efforts to streamline paper-based processes.

Driven by a deep commitment to the community, Bowman ran for 2nd Ward Alderman to champion transparency, improve infrastructure, and promote responsible governance. Since his 2025 election, he has prioritized digital accessibility, pedestrian safety, sustainable development, and innovative solutions to local challenges.

Bowman lives in Berwyn's 2nd Ward with his wife Eloisa, a first-generation Latina and doctoral candidate, and their American Akita, Kaia. Outside of public service, he is an avid marathon runner who supports causes like the American Stroke Association. His leadership reflects his early values: inclusive, persistent, and dedicated to uplifting the Berwyn community.
