TIME AND PLACE OF OPENING OF PROPOSALS: Sealed Proposals for the professional
services described herein will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, City of Berwyn,
6700 West 26th Street, Berwyn, Illinois 60402, until 1 0:00am CST on Tuesday September
15, 2026 and will be publicly opened at that time.

PROPOSED SERVICES: The City of Berwyn is seeking proposals from qualified professional
firms to provide feasibility analysis, conceptual planning, cost estimating, and related
consulting services for the potential renovation, replacement, or expansion of the City's
outdoor municipal pool facility.

PROJECT LOCATION: Berwyn Recreation Center, 6501 W. 31st Street, Berwyn, Illinois
60402.
