Some City services are not available online and must be completed in person at Berwyn City Hall.

These services may include permit payments, real estate transfer stamp issuance, transactions requiring notarization, and other services that require original signatures or documentation.

Cashier services and same-day processing are available during regular business hours.

Real estate transfer stamp issuance and other time-sensitive transactions conclude at 4:30PM, except on Tuesdays, when City Hall offers extended hours until 8:00 PM.

On Tuesdays, the last transaction for real estate transfer stamp issuance will be accepted at 7:30PM.
